PROVIDER SELECTION

ChiroCare has established and maintains a credentialing process that helps us select and retain the best performing network for our customers and the patient. Through the process, each provider is reviewed to determine whether or not s/he meets our established, objective credentialing criteria. Our criteria meets or exceeds all standards set forth by national credentialing organizations, including URAC, NCQA and state and federal agencies.

 The Credentialing Plan covers both the initial credentialing and re-credentialing processes. Initial credentialing involves the evaluation of a provider’s credentials when they are first considered as a ChiroCare provider. Re-credentialing assesses a provider's qualifications for continued ChiroCare participation.
