Chiropractic Care of Minnesota (ChiroCare) is a pioneer in the field of chiropractic management services. During the past twenty years, we have used our knowledge and experience as practicing chiropractors to design innovative processes and develop technology capabilities targeted at improving the health care experience for healthplans, our provider network, and their patients.

Our mission is straightforward: To provide leadership, support, and guidance to our providers, in order to help them improve the health of the communities they serve.

As an independent provider network that serves health plans and employers, we have nearly 1500 high quality Doctors of Chiropractic throughout the state. ChiroCare ensures that health plans and employers are provided access to chiropractors who perform appropriate care in a highly efficient, professional manner. And, ChiroCare serves as the "voice" for the provider chiropractors when interfacing with the broader health care delivery market.
